Wendy Meston, children's lead for Rochdale PCT, said: "Rochdale has made progress in the teenage pregnancy strategy and exceeded the national target reduction of 15 per cent. Local work included work with young people with sexual health needs and developing personal, social and health education in schools. The community dental service's local projects include work in homes, schools and nurseries."
