The fund asked Bridge House for help to bail out local projects while assets of around 10m remain frozen. Bridge House Trust is contacting 10 London projects to which the Diana fund had committed grants to offer them the chance to apply for awards worth up to 25,000 each.
A spokesperson for the Diana fund said: "Should the issue with the Franklin Mint be resolved, we will reimburse the trust."
