Faith-based work: Crusaders plans overhaul as part of expansion aims

1 min read

The charity plans to replace its existing structure, which splits England into 25 areas, with a new model that divides the country into six regions, each run by a regional team leader.

The changes will result in eight of Crusaders' 14 part-time field staff in England being made redundant, although they will be able to apply for the six full-time regional team leader posts.

The team leaders will work with volunteer co-ordinators to support and mobilise volunteer teams in each region.

Phil Hulks, director of national ministries at the charity, said the changes are necessary to help with the organisation's expansion plans.
