Education News: Anti-bullying - Theme park aims to reduce bullying

A theme park is launching a new drive to reduce bullying among primary school pupils.

Gulliver's will introduce anti-bullying messages into its shows, ridesand educational activities later this year. It is hoped that themessages will resonate with the school parties that visit the firm'stheme parks in Milton Keynes, Matlock Bath and Warrington.

Meanwhile, money raised at the theme parks will be used to provideanti-bullying training for teachers and other professionals working withchildren.

Gulliver's will also help to fund assertiveness training sessions forbullied children.
