DISABILITY: Swansea sets up local youth network

This follows the setting up of a worldwide disabled youth network, Rights into Action, created in the wake of this summer's International Congress of Young Disabled People. The event was held from 30 June to 4 July, at Swansea University.

Lee Ellery, 19, is the network's organiser for Wales, and a member of Swansea Youth Forum. He said: "We will meet once a month to discuss issues such as housing and attitudes towards disabled people." Feedback will be forwarded to Swansea Council.
