Among issues to be covered in the revised strategy are whether tofurther integrate youth and children's workforces and the development ofa specific agenda on parenting. Also being tackled will be the futurerole of sector skills councils in promoting workforce reform, furtherways that leadership can be improved and how the voluntary sector can bebest used to improve skills across the sector.
Also being explored are ways best practice, at a local level, caninfluence national policy and developments in the sector.
