The Operation Summer Nights Celebration of Young People Award is taking place on 6 September, and will reward young people under 18 who have made a contribution to their communities.
The awards fall into seven categories, including the Young Person's Champion Award for a person or group who has campaigned to give young people a voice and dispelled stereotypes, and the Back On Track Award for young people who have shown strength of character.
