It's 10am and I've made it to Westminster station. Today I have some important meetings as part of my role as a Young Anti-Bullying Alliance (ABA) Board member. Young ABA was started in 2007 by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and the Diana Award to put young people at the heart of tackling bullying.

I have time for a quick bite to eat for lunch, and then it's time for some Young ABA paperwork. At 6pm I head home after a busy day. Our meeting with Children's Secretary Ed Balls went really well. The Secretary of State was interested to hear about our progress and he said that they are keen to continue to support the work of Young ABA. I've also confirmed that I will do a week's work experience in its department, so all in all a very successful day.

I have rugby training later on so I will sleep well tonight. I'm looking forward to Anti-Bullying Week and the events I will be taking part in.
