They support several events between 22 to 26 November and are the brainchildren of the Anti-Bullying Alliance, which includes groups like the National Children's Bureau (NCB).
NCB would not reveal the web site address before the launch but said it was for children, parents and professionals.
"There's a lot of things out there and this will direct you to the most appropriate source of help," said a spokeswoman.
Information packages will include Bullying: a guide to the law and Effective Approaches to Anti-Bullying Practice in Schools.
They follow the launch of six school assembly and lesson plans looking at group bullying, peer support, saying sorry and bullying in fiction and real life.
