2 mins read
A consultation is out on the school organisation and governance sections of the Education Act with emphasis on trust schools.

Remind me - what is a trust school? In legalese, a foundation school with a foundation. In Government publicity, it's a foundation school, or a group of schools, supported by a charitable trust (aka the foundation) that is able to employ its own staff, and manage its own land and assets.
