Ah, pride goeth before a fall - or a bounce in your case. This is getting a bit personal. I've read the Health Committee's report on obesity, so let me give you a few pieces of information. Obesity occurs when people over-eat in relation to their energy needs - it's a medical condition and a lifestyle disorder. It's easy to tumble into the over-consumption trap when fattening food is cheap, available and hard to resist, thanks to clever - and sometimes dishonest - marketing and attractive packaging.
