Best thing I ever did: Steven Smith, 18, Glasgow

It all started when I was in the third year of Balfron High School in Stirlingshire. A friend and I decided to create a place called the Living Room, a drop-in information point, where pupils could go to pick up information and chat about their problems.

Then we decided we needed to be more active, so we started to run workshops and assemblies on important topics such as mental and sexual health, and drugs.

We got interest from other schools so, once we left, we spent the summer creating a Living Room resource pack.
