Going to the Princess Royal Trust for Carers has helped me get out of the house and make friends. I look after my mum who has multiple sclerosis and my sister, who has cerebral palsy.
I help get them up in the morning and help them wash and dress. They both need wheelchairs, so I can only take one out at a time, but my mum now has a scooter. The carers help me by taking me on trips during the holidays. I am also an ambassador for young carers and I received media training to do interviews with Chat magazine and Songs of Praise.
