Can you give an example of this? When we recruit for any job that involves our staff working directly with young people, we get a panel of young people to assist the management panel that is interviewing the candidates.
They give a youth perspective on the candidate - which is important because sometimes candidates have a lot of qualifications but cannot engage with young people.
How tough is this to organise? It is very difficult. There is lots of training and briefing to be done. Young people need to get here on time from all parts of the city, so co-ordinating things can be very difficult, but it is something I have been doing for more than a year and absolutely love.
