Who do you work with? We work with a range of young people, from those who have been excluded from school or who aren't coping well in mainstream education, to teenagers referred to youth offending teams. We try to provide them with positive activities to prevent them falling into crime.

Why did you set up the project? I'm a Methodist minister, and, over the course of my career, I've seen fewer and fewer people attend church. To make a meaningful contribution to people's lives, you've got to get outside the walls of a church. We don't push religion, but if we can just begin to move people on to feeling that they are of value and make them feel good about themselves, then we have achieved our aim.
