What kind of projects are you involved in? I work very closely with our partners in youth services, be they voluntary sector, youth workers or youth justice.

My job tends to focus on developing strategies with those organisations and ensuring that it makes a difference to frontline service delivery.

How did you end up in the job? I'm very much from an operational background, but I also spent three years working in community safety and crime reduction.

I'm familiar with the practicalities of working with partners and people at the front end and this gives me the chance to use that knowledge in strategy development.
