Antisocial behaviour: Parenting projects to be unveiled

The Home Office is poised to reveal the 50 family intervention projects outlined in its Respect Action Plan last year.

A thousand staff from a range of agencies are being trained to deliver parenting support across the 50 projects and their location will be announced this month.

Ian Brady, deputy director of the Government's Respect Task Force, visited the Scottish Parliament last week to brief MSPs on progress on replicating the Dundee Families Project, which has served as a model.

The Dundee project, run by NCH Scotland and Dundee City Council, works with families at the centre of disputes.
