Warwickshire Association of Youth Clubs (WAYC) consists of 90 youth clubs working with more than 6,000 young people aged 11-to 25 and 800 youth workers throughout the county. The young people are from all areas including inner-city and rural locations. Services and resources include youth club support, a narrow boat and international exchanges.

The charity is based in Leamington Spa but works throughout Solihull, Coventry and Warwickshire.
- What sort of roles are available?
WAYC employs 34 people in full-and part-time roles such as trainee and qualified youth workers, training managers and youth volunteering advisers. There are also more than 10 volunteers.
