O2's list of Think Big partners grows to 35

1 min read Youth Work
The O2 Think Big Youth Programme has grown to form a coalition of 35 national partners since its launch in March, making it the broadest coalition of youth charities in the UK.

The latest organisations to join are Catch22, the Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust and the Communication Trust’s Hello campaign, which will all benefit from the £5m, three-year scheme that offers grants of £300 and £2,500 to 13- to 25-year-olds.

Since its launch, Think Big has supported 300 projects across the UK so far and aims to fund 615 projects by March next year. Partner organisations are guaranteed funding of 25 £300 grants and five £2,500 grants for young people each year for three years.

"We’re really proud to work with 35 organisations across the UK," said Helen Parker, community manager at O2. "It’s quite normal for a corporate to go and work with one charity and put all of the investment there, but we want to support the sector as a whole and give support to as many young people as possible."
