RIP IT UP

Aim: This is a quick warm-up to energise a group.

You will need

How to do it: Ask everyone to stand in a circle with their hands behind their back, and instruct them to keep their hands there for the duration of the game. Place a sheet of green paper in each player's hands and set them the task of ripping the sheet of paper into the shape of a Christmas tree - behind their back.

No one should look at their creation until it is complete. Hang up the ripped trees for everyone to see and award prizes for the best-looking trees.
