BALLOONS IN THE AIR

Aim: This is a group energiser that should be played at a fast pace.

You will need

- Balloons

- Markers

How to do it: Give each young person a balloon and ask them to blow it up and tie a knot. Give out marker pens so that everyone can make an identifiable mark on their own balloon.

On the shout "go!" everyone should throw their balloon into the air, using all their effort and skill to keep it up as long as possible.

At the same time, people should try to get everyone else's balloons to touch the floor as fast as possible. If a person's balloon touches the ground, they are out.
