The contract builds on an existing three-year partnership between the Liminality Group (TLG) and the Central Northwest London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) to deliver services at Feltham Young Offender Institution.
The partnership has already supported 100 young people and hopes to support a further 300 through the new seven-year contract.
Andrez Harriott, chief executive of TLG, said: “Our key aim is to prevent further offending, which we do by supporting a young person's mental health and wellbeing as well as helping them to access training and employment opportunities.”
The organisation also offers access to a psychologically-informed offending behaviour programme for young people, 1:1 outreach support, through the gate services and professional development courses for staff.
