The charity has been awarded the contract alongside North Bristol NHS Trust to run the newly created Community Children's Health Partnership.
Around 750 children's health professionals from four trusts in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area, including child and adolescent mental health workers, school nurses, health visitors and paediatricians, will transfer to the new organisation in April next year.
The charity's focus on targeting vulnerable children was a major factor in winning the contract, said Gill Velleman, project director at commissioning trust NHS Bristol, which handled procurement alongside NHS South Gloucestershire.
She said: "We were impressed by its commitment to targeting the most vulnerable children in the area, as well as its emphasis on young people's involvement in care."
