Each collection of the EYA's CPD (continuing personal development) Spotlight Collections consists of a bundle of individual 30 to 45 minute sessions on specific early years topics, which can be used in both individual and group settings. Alongside each Spotlight session there are additional resources available to encourage educators to reflect on what they have learnt.

These resources include a reflection sheet that can be used to take notes during the ‘pause for thought’ moments of the session. An impact evaluation sheet and an action plan that allows them to reflect on what they have learnt so far and create objectives going forward is also available.
