The service, which employs 60 full-time workers and up to 300 part-time workers, previously operated as five distinct areas throughout the city.
But on 9 February, 50 staff will move to a new central headquarters.
A workforce development group has been created and the headquarters will include training rooms and a resource base.
Chris Whiley, head of Bradford Youth Service, said: "It's part of changes within a major staffing restructure aimed at creating a strong service identity. Previously, people worked in silos."
Whiley explained that the Government's Resourcing Excellent Youth Services guidance had been an important influence since she was appointed head of the service just over a year ago. Bradford's youth service traditionally worked with eight- to 21-year-olds, but now concentrates on the 13 to 19 age group.
