- What does Youth Scotland do?
The network of clubs is the largest non-uniformed voluntary youth organisation in Scotland. It offers youth workers information and support to provide opportunities for young people. Its projects include the Dynamic Youth Awards and the Youth Achievement Awards and programmes promoting healthy lifestyles and participation.
- Where is it based?
The head office is in Edinburgh with the organisation's area co-ordinators based in rural areas. However, Youth Scotland is also represented by more then 600 member groups.
- What roles are available?
The team consists of 19 staff, which includes development and support roles at head office and the area co-ordinators. Youth Scotland is currently recruiting development workers for some of its projects. Several area co-ordinator positions are also open.
