Moving Forward, a strategy for improving young people's chances through youth work, was launched yesterday (Tuesday) and marks the start of a "year of action" for the sector. It will run alongside a YouthLink Scotland-administered 5m Youth Work Facilities Improvement Fund, similar to England's Youth Capital Fund, which will be open for bids next month.
