Youth Justice News: Antisocial Behaviour - Camden rethinks itspolicy on Asbos

A report by Camden Council recommends positive interventions, such as encouraging young people to use youth facilities.

Under a Labour leadership the council issued 172 orders between April 1999 and December 2005, more than double any other London borough.

The Liberal Democrats took control of the council last May, and ordered the policy review.
