The disc stems from a programme that ran during February and March, using drama, art, rap music and video to explore the consequences of street crime, antisocial behaviour and drug offences.
Twelve young offenders took part, and all completed the course's 16 three-hour sessions, which produced an 85 per cent attendance rate.
The follow-on CD-Rom contains video clips and a rap soundtrack created by those who took part.
It will be used by Coventry Youth Offending Service, the local youth service and other partner agencies.
Angie Parks, operational manager, said the team worked with the young people to identify "the sorts of situations that any young person might find themselves in, and the possible consequences of making different choices".
