Youth clubs: Scunthorpe centre to be demolished

A youth centre in Scunthorpe is to be knocked down this month as part of a 700,000 demolition project. The centre is part of Baths Hall, which also houses an entertainment complex.

A council spokeswoman said the decision to bulldoze the 2.33 acre site was made after a Labour administration took over from the Conservative run council. She confirmed the council would not be replacing the Baths Hall youth centre.
