The charity plans to lobby MPs at the Labour Party conference in Manchester later this month.
It believes every children's trust should ensure there is women-only youth provision in the area they cover. The facilities could vary from women-only youth club nights or activities to female-only spaces inside clubs.
Lucy Russell, policy officer at the YWCA, said women-only spaces and activities are needed to give young women confidence to try new activities.
