Young people in care: Charity to develop regional forums

The staff will work with local authorities and young people in care to develop their voice, set up and run user groups, develop regional forums, and help young people to run the organisation's 150 micro-web sites. The Department for Education and Skills has committed 690,000 to the work over three years.

The charity is also launching a campaign, Supersonic, to find positive care-experienced role models for young people in care.
