Wales: Plaid Cymru makes mental health vow

In a consultation document due to be published yesterday (Tuesday), Plaid Cymru says it would "invest heavily" in mental health services for young people.

It also says it would invest in fostering, advocacy and education to improve the life chances of looked-after young people.

The document, Change for the Better, is described as a "vision statement", and sets out the views of the party ahead of the 1 May National Assembly elections. Views on the document will influence the development of the party's manifesto, which is likely to be published in March or April.
