Wales: Council reaches out to rural areas

Youth Work
Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council has launched a mobile community and information centre for children and young people living in isolated rural areas and former Welsh mining valleys.

During the day, the bus will act as an early years centre for pre-school children and their families. However, by night the "Dragons' Den" will turn into a mobile youth club, offering leisure and education activities for young people, including IT skills, as well as information and advice.
