Staff and adult volunteers from the 900-strong force will meet staff from the local Air Training Cadets and Sea Cadets over the summer to discuss how to make better use of resources. Some buildings belonging to different forces are used by groups only twice a week.
Colonel Andrew Blowers, commandant of the Surrey Army Cadet Force, said: "There's always been a bit of inter-service rivalry but in reality we are all delivering the same sort of thing. This is the first time we have tried this approach."
Another aim will be to provide more activities for older cadets who often have weekend jobs.
