Transport: Youth groups fight threat to free travel

Roger Evans, Conservative deputy chair of the Greater London Assembly's transport committee, has said that he would recommend abolishing the 55m policy in favour of school buses.

But Adrian Voce, director of Play England, said: "This would be a serious set-back."

The National Children's Bureau's Young NCB group has joined with Play England to write to key players and organise an online poll.
