Theatres agree to youth partnership

Youth Work
The National Association of Youth Theatres (NAYT) has secured partnerships with major theatres in each of the nine government regions.

Over the next year, the new theatre partners will produce 27 events, including workshops, discussions and debating sessions. The Theatre Royal, York, the Birmingham Rep and The Lyric, Hammersmith, are among the theatres taking part.

Jill Adamson, chief executive of NAYT, said: "The partnerships will mean that everyone will get access to events with-out having to travel out of their region."
