The National Youth Agency: Youth workers get chance to learnlanguages

1 min read

They are intended for youth workers and leaders with intermediate language proficiency who are engaged or intend to be in the near future in international youth projects where the language learned would be valuable to the project. In the case of Arabic, beginners are acceptable but the project work should be specifically with Egyptian or Moroccan youth non-government organisations. If you know of up to two people who might benefit from this and you are prepared to support them on a nomination form and with a letter of recommendation, contact the Council of Europe youth secretariat, European Youth Centre Strasbourg, 30 rue Pierre de Coubertin, F - 67000 Strasbourg, France by 18 March 2007. For more information, email youth.language@coe.int. Visit www.coe.int/youth.
