They are intended for youth workers and leaders with intermediate language proficiency who are engaged or intend to be in the near future in international youth projects where the language learned would be valuable to the project. In the case of Arabic, beginners are acceptable but the project work should be specifically with Egyptian or Moroccan youth non-government organisations.
