What do young people think about the record of the Government and the Electoral Commission since the report from YVote?/YNot? was published?
The National Youth Agency was asked by the Electoral Commission and the Children & Young People's Unit (CYPU) to get young people's views.
Following our key principle of involving young people at the heart of planning and running events, The National Youth Agency has recently recruited a team of young trainers. One of these, Tim Davies, was pivotal in the planning and delivery of an event from 12 to 13 July in which 17 young people from Blackburn (Bank Top Youth Forum), Cornwall Youth Council, Lancashire (New Routes Rossendale), Manchester, Oldham (Key to the Door) and Peterborough (YCP) met in a hotel in Solihull for a weekend residential.
