The event is being organised in partnership with The National Youth Agency by ENYAN, the membership body designed to raise the profile of youth arts across the United Kingdom. Aimed at senior local authority managers, the event will address the new statutory requirements placed on local authorities to provide positive activities for young people and the key role that the arts can play in this. "The Youth Offer: The Arts Meeting Young People's Needs" takes place at the City of Birmingham Symphony Hall on Tuesday 27 November. Standard places cost £150 plus VAT with limited discount bursary places available at £90 plus VAT.
