The National Youth Agency has published its annual report for 2003-04, which includes a free calendar for 2005. The report, entitled Showing faith in young people, offers an overview and detailed breakdown of the work carried out by The NYA in the past financial year. It is also an opportunity to look back on a year that saw The NYA celebrate the 40th anniversary of the formation of its original body, and its relocation to new offices in Leicester.
In the past year, The NYA has extended its reach into many more settings of work with young people. It has diversified its activities well beyond the original focus of information-giving; indeed it has long seen the need for developmental work as a partner alongside the great diversity of youth work projects nationwide. The annual report looks back on recent progress made in the many challenging and exciting areas of the youth work world.
