Many youth services and voluntary organisations have valuable experience in putting quality assurance at the centre of their improvement plans - others are only just beginning to grasp the quality agenda. This research will help us get a clearer picture of what is happening currently and provide a bank of good practice to share. It will involve questionnaires and direct contact with the field, gathering and sorting information, report and publication writing.
