Through the success of its Hear by Right and Act by Right participation toolkits, The NYA is expanding its involvement in this important area. Gess Aird and Zelda Heney have now joined the team and will be helping The NYA to enhance its current work and move into new areas.
The development of Hear by Right, particularly in terms of health, will be a priority for Gess. She said: "I am looking forward to promoting the active involvement of children and young people across the country. We'll be looking at developing Hear by Right, providing advice, support and information. I will be concentrating on health and will also be looking at regional structures."
