The National Youth Agency: Active Involvement gears up for 2005

The Active Involvement Team has already produced the latest issue of Youth Action which takes "a new framework for youth action and engagement" as its theme. The NYA will also attend various consultation and round table meetings. Early interest in Act by Right, the skills programme for young people's participation, is high, and the team has also published Fresh Paint In Our Nostrils, a report involving young people in the proposals for a joint inspection framework for all services. The team has also held a networking day for community leadership local co-ordinators to plan the showcase event in spring 2005 that will conclude the NYA's involvement in this programme.
