The National Youth Agency: Quality Mark

Four new organisations have gained The National Youth Agency's Quality Mark - the self-assessment tool for measuring and improving organisational quality based on reliability, consistency, customer focus, process assurance and continuous improvement.

The awards for Kent Youth Service, Sunderland Youth Development Group, Merseyside Youth Association and Liverpool Youth Service were ratified by the agency's executive board at its meeting on 27 March. This brings the total number of award holders to 19, of which 12 are local authorities, five voluntary organisations and two Connexions services.

The next submission date for organisations applying for The NYA Quality Mark National Award is 8 May.
