There are three events to choose from - Getting Started on the Quality Mark (23 April at Austin Court, Birmingham), Evidencing Impact (1 July at The Gestalt Centre, London) and Preparing for the National Award (21 May at The NYA, Leicester).

They require good planning, consistent quality processes and procedures, a skilled and supported workforce and processes in place for young people to make their impact.
