The National Youth Agency: Possibilities in Portsmouth for safecommunities

1 min read

Led by development officer, Pete Loewenstein, The Agency has organised three expert speakers in the area of young people and crime, and will also be running an interactive workshop that will draw on the experience of the Discus Project, a youth inclusion project for young people and their families living in Manchester, run by Nacro, the crime-reduction charity, in partnership with other young people's services. The workshop will be delivered by Michelle Blow from Nacro.

With more than 600 delegates expected, the event involves a multi-agency group of stakeholders concerned with building safer, stronger communities, including DOCA, LGA, Skills for Justice, the Audit Commission and Neighbourhood Initiative Foundation.
