The National Youth Agency: Out of the Box events to encourage reading

The National Youth Agency is organising two regional events in July to disseminate the learning from its Out of the Box project.

Out of the Box supported developmental opportunities for reading for young people aged 14 to 19.

The National Youth Agency and the Reading Agency worked with local authorities around the country on the project.

The events, in London on 9 July and Manchester on 16 July, will encourage future development through stimulating interest and energising participants to "have a go".

They are suitable for practitioners and managers from integrated youth support services, voluntary youth organisations and library services. Attendance is free but places are limited. Early booking is recommended.
