Reporting to the head of information and research, duties will include developing The NYA's intelligence gathering and interpreting information for external and internal audiences.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate, with proven experience of supporting policy development in a local authority environment, ideally connected to services for children and young people.
The role requires a sharp, analytical mind with the ability to articulate key messages to different audiences, the ability to be comfortable presenting at meetings, the ability to communicate with senior managers in central and local government and operate with discretion and good judgment.
