The humorous film was originally written, acted and produced by Southend Youth Council to highlight how authorities can improve the way they engage young people.
Copies were included in the summer issue of The Edge, The NYA's magazine for local authority elected members, as a contribution to the Local Government Association's Local Democracy Week.
